Chicken Lo Mein

Really easy to make chicken Lo mein. If you live at Virginia, you are definitely able to buy lo mein noodles from Chinese grocery store, “Greatwall”, located at: 2982 Gallows Road Fall Church, VA 22042, or you may buy from other super market.

Besides chicken, I make Lo Mein with Chinese cabbage, which add more crisy texture along with soft chicken & noodles. see picture (1) and (2).

 

(1) Noodles

 

(2) Cabbage and green onions

 

First, cut cabbage and green onions. see picture (3) and (4).

Secondly, cut chicken breast, and sauteed with soy sauce and cooking wine to make meat taste better. see picture (5)

 

(5) Sautee chicken little while before cooking start

 

Third, cut noodles, otherwise it will be too long. see picture (6)

Stir fry chicken first, becasue the noodles already cooked. see picture (7)

Once the meat is ready, put noodles and cabbage into the pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or seeing noodles turn soft. Enjoy! see picture (8)
